so i guess today's another entry.. well.. today din do much. was practically rotting at home.. nothing interesting to blog today..
so let's talk about the show that everybody's talking about..

i was being impatient... so instead of waiting for the Channel5 telecast of AI, i turned on Channel 18 on the set-up box.. and watch it on STARworld.. :))
i thank dad for signing up SCV.. so..... watched it..
the show was interestin' though.. they showed a video of each and every one of the idols when they went back to their hometown.. its cool man..
- Melinda was given a street name [ Melinda Doolittle Way ]
- Blake was given.. er wait. i cant rmb.. lol
- Jordin [Beyonce look-alike] was given a 'Jordin Sparks Day' .. cool! a day where its called after ur name.
Imagine, u browse thru the calendar n u see " [insert your name] day "..
it cant get any better for this ppl...
so... Elliot Yamin performed [gonna get to that in jus a bit] his song from his album, "Wait For You" .. then followed by Maroon 5 who performed "Makes Me Wonder".
and so.. it was results.. the 1st idol to get thru into the finals was Jordin Sparks.. hmm.. well.. i think that's expected.. she's young.. she can sing.. n have i told u ? she looks like Beyonce when she gives that stare.. I'M DEAD SERIOUS.. she's like the plump-version of Beyonce. :))
then it was between Blake and Melinda.. after the suspense, Ryan Seacrest announced that Melinda was voted off the show..
i went.. " WHAT THE HELL! " ... she deserves a place in the finals.. hmm.. aniways, i'm not complaning that Blake got into the Finals... still...
anyhoos.. all 3 idols were great. no... better than great.. in fact spectacular.. each and every one of them ARE unique in their own way..
Melinda definitely gonna have a record label even if she din get into the finals..
i guess.. its a win-win situation.

the two finalist performing at the Kodak Theatre for the finals are Blake and Jordin.
i'm looking forward to the song that's gonna be their 1st record label. hope its not those cocky type.. and ultimately, i'm looking forward to the WINNER of American Idol Season 6 ! !

Elliot Yamin is an American singer who was the 3rd-place finalist on the 5th season of American Idol.
Yamin stands out in American Idol as a contestant whose exceptional talent propelled him to his respectable finishing place despite personal hardships, lack of star image, little entertaining experience, and nonadherence to the pop genre usually represented on the show. During one weekly rehearsal, Elliott was told by guest coach Stevie Wonder that he should definitely pursue a career in music. Simon Cowell even stated that he thought Yamin was "potentially the best male vocalist" ever on American Idol and later, after Yamin's A Song for You performance, he declared that it was a "vocal masterclass." Cowell also said after Yamin's performance of "Moody's Mood For Love" that Yamin's song selection might be "too cool for the room."

ok.. that two paragraphs its not my own words cos look at the time [1:30am].. so i literally copy-paste. so... i 1st heard his single on today's show of AI, "Wait For Me" .. i rmb hearing Ryan saying that its probably the best album ever? but after hearing him sing.. i went,, "hmm.. not bad"
so i immediately went online to look for his album. i did the fast way. as u can see, thru Imeem.. well.. if i were to give a rating to this album, i wuld giv 5 out of 5 stars.. hard to bliv? listen to the songs urself.. RnB for him is unique but he sure does well in that genre.. way to go elliot!so, i guess i'm gonna end my entry here for now..
