Talking To The Moon

perhaps the best

The name is Khairul. Would do fine with Khai or Kerol [kay-roll] - with proper pronunciation that is.

May have caused a traumatic experience to the nurses who were there when I graced the world on the 14th of June, 21 years ago.

I reside at the great eastern side of Singapore. At an estate named after a water containment facility. Go figure!

A left-hander. However, I function more like a right. And sometimes left of course.

Owns a Class 3 driving licence.

Have been playing the saxophone for 8 years. Currently a Baritone Saxophonist in the Philharmonic Youth Winds.

Being and socialising with people occupy whatever free time I might have.

Boredom is sadly pathetic - would be just staring at my ceiling.

And recently, graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts where I pursued a diploma in Arts Management, majoring in Performing Arts.

yeah..
this pic says it all...
i'm verrry stress right now.....
about what?

SCHOOL!

tests.
(i have one tmr)
ECONS TEST coming up on the 28th!!
chapter 1,2 and 4

there are so many projects piling up one after the other......

programme booklet for proof-reading
is due this Wednesday.
and mind you,
i have to do it on my own.
while my other classmates have
the pleasure of doing it in pairs or in threes.
i have a grp-mate actually...
but she's not in Singapore till 10oct.
WTH!
so responsible of her!
(sarcasm was injected into those words btw)

music project #1 is due next week.
Oral communications on Product Selling
is due next week; on the same day as Music.
couldnt get any better huh...

Theatre Interview Project
well see..
its a grp project but it'll be graded individually.
i have to do the underground work as well...
need to head down to the Esplanade and interview the audience of this particular play.
and afterwhich, do a personal analytical analysis of
whether it was worth it with cultural values embedded into it.
and after boiling it all down, we'll have an interview, as a grp
with my lecturer.

music project #2 is due some time in Oct
(nothing to worry about actually)
BUT..
what makes me stress about it is actually the content.

its A LOT!
(21st Century mind you; where all the stuff happened)

compared to the other groups..
they have less things to search.

so yeah..
thats basically it..
you may find it little but.....
the content of the project is quite a lot.
and not forgetting how important the grades are to me.
3.0 khai!

for each project, we have different grp-mates.
thats why we're TWICE (million times for that matter) stress.
we have to "book" them before hand.
cos they are just as busy as i am in settling their projects.
sigh sigh sigh...

i just cant wait for next month!
where all the projects
would be more or less are done and over with.

what to do khai..
this is a life of a tertiary student..
u'll know it when you one.
all of a sudden, i'm missing secondary school days.
hahaha!

i'm living forward and i know,
with great determination and perseverance comes good results.
i need to work hard.

cos I failed a test recently.
oh man!
how sad...
the subject itself is relatively easy...
BUT the way its being tested, its like i'm in a totally different world....
so yah.......
gotta be in that moment when i'm doing the next one..

thats all for now..
needa turn in...
more updates probably tmr...

see ya!
ciao!
