perhaps the best

The name is Khairul. Would do fine with Khai or Kerol [kay-roll] - with proper pronunciation that is.

May have caused a traumatic experience to the nurses who were there when I graced the world on the 14th of June, 21 years ago.

I reside at the great eastern side of Singapore. At an estate named after a water containment facility. Go figure!

A left-hander. However, I function more like a right. And sometimes left of course.

Owns a Class 3 driving licence.

Have been playing the saxophone for 8 years. Currently a Baritone Saxophonist in the Philharmonic Youth Winds.

Being and socialising with people occupy whatever free time I might have.

Boredom is sadly pathetic - would be just staring at my ceiling.

And recently, graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts where I pursued a diploma in Arts Management, majoring in Performing Arts.

i KNOW my blog suppose to be on hiatus,
but i just cant help but to blog about this particular event
that happened 25 years ago.

today,
on November 15th,
Mom married to a guy whom i proudly call him,
till this day,
DAD.

i'm actually waiting for them to return home.
Mom and Dad went out for dinner at Orchard Country Club.
mmhmm....

and when they get home,
i have a surprise for them...
i bought a cake from Polar.
to elaborate on how it happened,
here's what happened...
(^^.)

mom asked me to accompany my sis to parkway
since both of my parents are going out.
ONE, kinda shocking cos she never told me to do that.
(she's afraid that i might lose her while we're out. -___-")
TWO, sis needs to get nice clothes for her graduation night tmr.
woh..
remember the post when i sed,
"shopping with mum = hell" ??

the same phrase goes to my sis.
muahahaha!

seriously..
i think its particularly girls.
shopping with them will NEVER be an easy task.
so to those attached lovebirds,
(generally referring to guys),
be prepared to have long walks and
have an Osim iSqueeze ready when u get home.
haha!

so sis got what she wanted...
she bought this vest which cost 46bucks.
sheesh...
since she dragged me around, it was my turn to drag her around..
to window shop.
oh yeah..
i entered ESPIRIT.
and i saw this very cool nice man's sling bag.
i need opinion(s)...
i dont have the pic with me now.. but i'm sure if u enter ESPIRIT quite often,
u would have seen it.

anyhoos.....
got a drink, bought chocolates for someone and took 15.
at 1st we decided to head home cos it was 7pm by then.
was afraid that mom would nag for going home late.
despite that in mind, we headed down to Tamp.
i was in search of something.

but it was rather unsuccessful..
went Edo Sushi to get ourselves sushi..
(DUH!!)

then over to Polar.
went to get my parent's cake.
Chocolate Truffle.

yum yum yum!
(here's a picture of it)

i was definitely proud of the purchase i made.
although i know mom would say i was wasting my money,
i know that whatever they have done for me can never be replaced with just a cake.
its more than that..

so its 11:27pm now and they're still not back from wherever they are.
hahaha!
my butt hurts waiting for their return.
i'm gonna surprise them with the cake WELL THATS WHY.
hmmm..

so with that,
thats the purpose of me bloggin'

HAPPY 25th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY
MOM AND DAD!

love you both!
