The Blogger
perhaps the best

The name is Khairul. Would do fine with Khai or Kerol [kay-roll] - with proper pronunciation that is.

May have caused a traumatic experience to the nurses who were there when I graced the world on the 14th of June, 21 years ago.

I reside at the great eastern side of Singapore. At an estate named after a water containment facility. Go figure!

A left-hander. However, I function more like a right. And sometimes left of course.

Owns a Class 3 driving licence.

Have been playing the saxophone for 8 years. Currently a Baritone Saxophonist in the Philharmonic Youth Winds.

Being and socialising with people occupy whatever free time I might have.

Boredom is sadly pathetic - would be just staring at my ceiling.

And recently, graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts where I pursued a diploma in Arts Management, majoring in Performing Arts.

KESIAN BOYZ HEADS TO EAST COAST!
3:14 AM

Precisely, it was rather a random plan to head to East Coast Park (ECP)
I was so dead bored at home that I contacted Wayne whether he has plans.
He told me that some of them (the Kesian Boyz; Kesians in short) would be there.
Little did I know that all of them were there.
It wasn't full-strength though.
Fairuz was the only missing one due to his attachment; as I've heard.

Kesian Boyz is the group of my guy friends.
And that is what we call ourselves.
The reason behind it?
Ask me.
Publishing it here would be a bit odd.
Considering that we do not wish to sound desperate ourselves.

So the present ones are,
Hazizi, Yong Lin, Fauzi, Izzat, Idham, Wayne, Ogy and myself.
& what the heck were we doing at ECP?
To do some cycling of course.
Some roller-bladed.
I roller-bladed at first (exhanged with Idham)
then switched back to my bike because I was having serious cramps on my left leg.

Side-track once more:
It wasn't an ordinary cramp.
But it was painful.
Let me tell a tale. (Ceh!)
I do not know whether what happened after that was an after-effect or whatever.
I just finished my tutoring at Chong Boon and headed home afterwhich.
I took bus service number 22 and I sat from AMK Interchange,
all the way to home.
I think it was a solid 50 minutes ride home (plus the traffic and such).
In other words, I sat for a very long time.
I did remember I wasn't moving that much while seated.

I stood up to alight.
After I have alighted, all I could feel was numbness.
You know those numbness you'll get if you don't allow blood flow to,
well,
flow properly!
So I thought it was a normal thing.
Little did I know that as I began walking, all I could feel was a strain.
I do not know whether I have gotten the name of the muscles right.

But here I go.
The pain (or strain) travelled from my Gluteus Maximus (the butt),
(I knew the name of this muscle since I was in primary school)
Well anyway, it travelled from my Gluteus Maximus,
down to my Semimembranosus muscle (somewhere behind the back of my thigh),
down to my Soleus muscle (somewhere behind the muscle before my calf)
and down to my ankle.
Click here if you wish to have visuals.

The pain got worst each day, up till today, in this very moment.
And now, I could feel like my left leg is weaker than my right.
I would have difficulty walking up slopes.
And when I am really really tired, the same difficulty applies for climbing the stairs.
Urgh! The pain.
It has been a week now.
Hope it will get better soon.
Real soon!

SO ANYWAY,
(after too much of side-tracking)
spent the whole day light at ECP.
Left @ around 7 pm.
Headed to Marine Parade for dinner.
And after dinner was LAN-gaming.
Hahahahaha!
Played Battlefield.
I suck at Battlefield.
I just don't quite like Battlefield.
That's 3 sentences with the word 'Battlefield' (Now, it's the forth)

GIVE ME CALL OF DUTY 4 BABY!

Played for an hour.
And that was not it.
Took 10 to Tampines.
Slacked around TM's MacDonald's and finally, we headed home.

I must say I spent a lot today.
Close to 20 bucks?
It is a lot for one day spending to me.
Money is hard to earn especially when I am on holidays.
Meaning, no school allowances from Dad.

Thought of taking up part-time job somewhere.
At this point of time, I don't really care where I'd be working,
I just need the money.
Tutoring at $50 per session each week would just help boost my income.

Anyway.......
Life is great when you spend quality time with your close friends.

Till the next entry,

CHEERS!
Peace out!

I am working on my new blogskin. I hope it is something new. Coming up with the layout is actually stressful. Haha! It is just stressful. Fitting the whole picture into one whole layout. There will definitely be difference in the whole outcome of it. So do look out for it.
And also, there will be a slight change to how my whole entry would look like.
It will be less colours. Till I am done with the skin, then I'll inject colours into my entry.
