perhaps the best

The name is Khairul. Would do fine with Khai or Kerol [kay-roll] - with proper pronunciation that is.

May have caused a traumatic experience to the nurses who were there when I graced the world on the 14th of June, 21 years ago.

I reside at the great eastern side of Singapore. At an estate named after a water containment facility. Go figure!

A left-hander. However, I function more like a right. And sometimes left of course.

Owns a Class 3 driving licence.

Have been playing the saxophone for 8 years. Currently a Baritone Saxophonist in the Philharmonic Youth Winds.

Being and socialising with people occupy whatever free time I might have.

Boredom is sadly pathetic - would be just staring at my ceiling.

And recently, graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts where I pursued a diploma in Arts Management, majoring in Performing Arts.

GREETINGS!
2:34 AM

Greetings once again!

I feel that it is only polite that I update before I see taggers asking me to update. I somehow sense that, each day, the same people would come by (to at least see what is up with my life lately) and it would be kind of a bummer if they visited my blog to see no updates. Well, I am not some star-blogger but it is my personal reasoning. So no frets about it. :)

Let's start with me.
I do not know why, as each day passes, I feel weak. Not emotionally weak, but rather physically weak. I feel drained even though there were not any vigorous activities being carried out. And the "tired-ness" accumulates and it rolls back onto me like one huge ball. And it is obvious that it is due to the lack of sleep I have been getting. So much of taking care of my body. I have been eating a whole lot of junk. I have not been working out. I have not been doing my normal routines like how I use to.
Weird huh? When I am feeling low, the drive is there. When I am feeling, not really high (because that sounds a bit wrong) but normal, I can motivate myself into doing it. Even as I am typing this, it feels like there's a huge load on top of me. Haha! I'm not talking about Shutter (that Thai horror movie) here. Don't be ridiculous! Well at least, don't scare me. Heh. I don't wish to see anything resting on my neck as I take a glance on the huge mirror in my room.

Anyhoos, enough about me and my never-ending problems. As I am typing this down, I'm recalling the events that I have been up to lately. Darn! What have I been up to?

Ah yes! I got home on Saturday at around 2 plus. Wait, that is today! Haha!
Anyway, got home at 2 plus, took my lunch and I dozed off on the sofa. It got really uncomfortable and somehow I landed myself on my sister's bed. So here's the thing. I am suppose to meet a friend at Tampines Interchange at 6.20 pm and when I woke up from my nap, it was 6.15 pm! I was so tired that I was shot dead. Even after setting the alarm to the loudest it can wail itself and with the noisiest music I can set my alarm to. Yet, I got shot down just like a dead log. Showered and rushed to Tampines. Took bus service number 10 down to Simpang Bedok. Met Rene there. We met up to have our dinner there since it has been eons since we last saw each other. Did some catching up.
And someone smells like Australia ey? Haha! Kidding!

After dinner? Initial plan was to head to Tampines. But then Rene's clique (who was also there) asked whether we wanna catch a movie. After so much of staring into blank space and much complications, decided not to tag along. Rene, don't ask me why! Haha! Sorry though. Perhaps next time.
Called Mom and my instincts were right! She was also at Simpang Bedok and they're about to leave for home. Haha! I'm good~

Mo hitch-hiked and Dad dropped him off at Tampines interchange. Headed home after which.
Had fun to just catch up. I received a belated gift from Rene. And it smells like Australia too! Haha! She knows I have a weakness for Nougats. It was a lot. And I had child-like visions of me losing my teeth (because it is sweet). So finishing it up will take quite some time. Ok, no. It will take A WHOLE LOT of time. Will share with my family members I guess. Anyway, thanks Rene!!

Let me make an official announcement. MY holidays are practically dead. Super dead I tell you. I get so much rest (well not really, considering my body clock is screwed) that it leaves me with practically nothing to do. Apart from my weekly commitments that is. Darn. All I can think of to "interact" with at home is my computer, my television, my mobile and my xbox360. I need to make myself busy till school starts. So, it is official. It can't get any more official than this.

I do not wish to elongate this entry because I have not much things to say, for now. My thoughts shall be kept as a passing thought. Other than that, better luck next time. I do not know why, but I am looking forward to tomorrow's Philyouth practice. Technically, it is today. Going to have sectionals with Ah Fatt and followed by combine with Mr Chiang. I cannot wait for that to happen really. To start with, I better replenish my energy. Gonna carry the bari sax to Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP). Gee. I will be brought down to nothing but my bones if the weekly practices is at NYP. Argh! Not that I do not like NYP, but it is so inconvenient for most of us. I still prefer SA though. It feels right at home that kind of thing. Ugh. Whatever happened that caused this relocation, screw that person.

Thank heavens that I have my Dad to drive us! It is bad that I am not using the concession pass since I am on school break. The value in my EZ-link dries up pretty fast! It sucks a minimum of a dollar each time I tap my card on that bloody card-reader. Imagine if I would tap it 4 times daily. 10 bucks worth GONE INTO THIN AIR! Bummer.

Alright. It is 3.27 am according to my desktop clock. Don't think I will hit the sack just yet. Might need to clear something off in my To-Do-List. And I am sure I will get tired by then, and will be in much desperation for sleep.

Have a wonderful Sunday all !
