Remember when I said yesterday was the ultimate work-out?
Strip that.
Today IS the ULTIMATE work-out.
You'll know why later.
Let's get organized.
Gonna type it down chronologically.
So, woke up at 3.33 pm (weird time to wake up) and had nothing to do.
Freshened up and sat in front of the telly, with nothing to watch.
So, to at least keep me occupied, I went to bake a brownie.
Pretty random I must say.
Gonna use pictures with captions.
The stuffs needed.
For the record, I wasn't making them from scratch.
Bought the Betty Crocker's Brownie Mix some time ago.
2 eggs, 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup of vegetable oil,
Hershey's Chocolate syrup and the brownie mix into the bowl.
Mix it well.
This picture looks like for advertising purposes. Haha!
Heat the oven at I-don't-know-what-temperature
because I seek Mom's help on this.
Pour the mix into a non-stick pan.
Bake it for I-don't-know-how-long because Mom was watching over it.
Hahaha!
Ate the Fried Rice mom cooked while waiting.
Even Fiffy wants to have a taste of Mom's Fried Rice. Cute aye?
After I-don't-know-how-long, voila!
Heh.
Cut the brownie into smaller pieces.

Even Fiffy loves the smell of freshly baked brownies!
Called Dad to get Vanilla ice cream (You'll know why later).
But he's heading home to pick Mom and Sis up
because they're heading over to Grandparent's place.
Grandma bought a new TV and she's having problems with the wiring.
So, I had to wait for their return.
Only then I can get my hands on Vanilla ice cream.
They returned around 10 plus.
It was sure a long wait.
Went back to kitchen.
Cut 2 pieces of 5cm x 4cm brownies.
Toasted the chopped almonds.
Melted chocholate chips to make chocolate sauce.
Put them altogether and I whipped this up.

I was shot over the moon!
Heaven-licious I tell you. Hahaha!
It was rather sinful I suppose.
So much of keeping fit huh.
But I guess it is alright if this would be once in a while kind of indulgence.

Moving on to the part that made me very tired.
Did the same work out routine as last night.
This time round I could feel the strain.
You know, when after working out,
you would feel like the muscles would cramp up anytime soon?
That is a result of not doing it often.
So, I did a quarter less of what I did last night.
Initially wanted to head out for a run, but it started to rain heavily.
So had to wait. When it subsided,
12 rounds around the jogging track in front of my house.
So convenient! But the health corner sucks. Heh.
After that 12 rounds, ran around the neighborhood.
It was solid 45 minutes of running.
Well, not all the way, but around a count of 3 worth walking.
I was effing wet because it was raining still.
Drizzling actually.
Got home and took a hot shower. Syiok!
And man, was I feeling tired.
I did some working out and on top of that I went for a run.
I shall believe that why I am VERY tired is solely because of the sudden change
of pushing myself with such routines.
I will get use to it, once this is an everyday thing.
Hoping that my stamina will build up by the end of the week
so that I can do more than what I am doing.
Then I'll be on my way to being fit!
Speaking of which,
I feel like going for swimming.
The last time I went swimming was eons ago.
Swimming is good because, although you feel like you don't do much work,
your body is actually doing a lot of work.
Pushing against water resistance is good for muscle build up and toning.
And on top of that, it trains your stamina too!
Shall see how. Maybe one of these days.
Hmmmmm...
Till that happens, I shall just stick to my running and working out. Haha!
Hmm, I wanna find a buddy to run with every night.
Kinda boring and "unsafe" to run alone especially after midnight.
Haha! I don't know. Just ensuring and taking precautions.
JUST IN CASE.
Who knows what will happen while running!
But I wonder who. Bro? Haha!
Will ask him soon.
Alright now, its 4.26 am now.
And I can't sleep.
Just what is wrong with me.
I am really really really tired but I still can't sleep.
Anyway,

Hmm.. Shall treat myself with a piece of brownie before diving to bed.
WILL TRY TO SLEEP.
If only I have a carton of milk right now. Darn.
Nice weather together with a piece of brownie and a glass of milk.
