perhaps the best

The name is Khairul. Would do fine with Khai or Kerol [kay-roll] - with proper pronunciation that is.

May have caused a traumatic experience to the nurses who were there when I graced the world on the 14th of June, 21 years ago.

I reside at the great eastern side of Singapore. At an estate named after a water containment facility. Go figure!

A left-hander. However, I function more like a right. And sometimes left of course.

Owns a Class 3 driving licence.

Have been playing the saxophone for 8 years. Currently a Baritone Saxophonist in the Philharmonic Youth Winds.

Being and socialising with people occupy whatever free time I might have.

Boredom is sadly pathetic - would be just staring at my ceiling.

And recently, graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts where I pursued a diploma in Arts Management, majoring in Performing Arts.

WHAT A DAY!
11:59 AM

-Date and time changed for archiving purposes-

An entry before the day ends.

It was Tuesday afternoon. Recalled our dear friend, Wayne, wanted to head down to Tampines Mall for some shopping. But apparently, before he could even reach there, he already did his shopping. But I did not mind anyway. Met my cousin (Fadhli) to get something from him and off we went to Tampines to meet up with the rest. Who exactly are the rest? Idham, Fauzi and Syafinah. Plus me and Fadhli. Sat at Food Culture (Wait, that's in Century Square! Haha!) while waiting for Wayne and Yong Lin. The wait was long but with their company, time sure fly real fast.

Finally met up with them and all we did was aimless roaming. It was very much aimless, VERY. Bumped into Bettina who led us to Jia Xing. Haha! Anyway, Wayne and Yong Lin had not had their dinner so they went Pastamania. As for the rest of us, we headed to MacDonald's to eat ice cream. Only dear cousin settled for an ice cream. Say 15 minutes later or so, cousin and Syafinah had to leave because it was getting pretty late and on top of that, they have school the next day.

Headed over to Starbucks because Bettina and Jia Xing wanted to hang out. I swear, I had the time of my life laughing my ass off in there. THEN, Ogy came. Hahaha! Ok lah, as a good friend of his I shall not talk about it in here. And as a good friend, I shall not post the picture in here too.
OGY! If you want the picture (for whatever reasons), tell me yah? Haha!
We sat there till it was closing. I really had fun catching up with them. Two more weeks till Jia Xing flies back to Australia.

By the way, we were waiting for Hazizi. Even after we had to leave Starbucks, Hazizi was not there yet. Sat outside of Starbucks AND Idham had this crazy idea of taking out the Saxophone (which I was carrying) and play. Funny thing was, he did not get to even blow it. Some guy saw him carrying the Saxophone and started questioning Idham. Apparently, he is the owner of the jamming studio located somewhere near Tampines Primary. By the time he finished talking, Hazizi came. He drove by the way. First stop, the Mac near my place. Had supper there.

Afterwhich, Hazizi drove us (Myself, Idham, Yong Lin and Wayne) to Holland V. I had no idea why he went there but I am glad that we went there. Upon reaching Holland V, first stop, the 24 hours Cold Storage. Hazizi bought stocks for his Italy trip next week. And we were making a hell lot of noise there. At some point the guard there thought we were planning on a robbery! Haha! We spent quite some time there. Cold Storage is a fun place to hang out, if you are with us that is. Heh.

Went back to his car to place his stuffs and decided on a doze of ice cream. Not just any other ice cream, but EARTHQUAKE! Yep! Swensen's Earthquake. Time check: 2 am. We were making our way there but took the wrong route. We chanced upon this VERY dark alley and we were freaked out and decided to walk back and take the other route. Haha! Anyway, the Swensen's there is 24 Hours. Cool huh. We ordered the upsized Earthquake and we only have to fork out 5 bucks each to pay off our bill. It was a good deal. Will leave you with the pictures to do the talking.

Wayne looks damn gay in this picture! Haha!

The people opposite of me (Yong Lin & Idham)

The person to my left, Hazizi

I cannot remember the EXACT flavours.
The presentation sucks by the way.
The dry-ice smoke did not flood the whole entire bowl.
TIME CHECK: 2.07 AM

TIME CHECK: 2.10 AM

TIME CHECK: 2.16 AM! Hahaha!
9 minutes to finish this off!

Paid and left for home. Hazizi drove from Holland V to Orchard Road to Dhoby Ghaut to SMU to Bugis and to East Coast Park Expressway (ECP). Exit via KPE and he fetched all of us home. Yeah, as you can see, the long drive, was on purpose. The roads were empty! Anywhere you turn to, there were no cars (except for a few)!

That is not it for me after I got home. Showered and went back online. Got an online message from Yong Lin asking whether I wanted to play DOTA Lan. Yes people. That is what I have been keeping myself busy with.

Playing DOTA! Haha!

It is really a fun game to play. I always thought that it is a boring one. But as I keep playing, the excitement is there. So I played with Wayne and Yong Lin as one team on Local Area Network (LAN) against 2 enemy teams and played till 7 am in the morning! Learned a couple of new things from Wayne during game play and yeah, I am getting the hang of it. It was helpful.
Took my breakfast and by then I was exhausted. Went to bed at around 8am. Can you believe that? People are waking up for school or work, here I am diving into bed.
OH THE ABUNDANT JOY OF HOLIDAYS!

But I won't be able to do that in the next couple of days as I will be having the NAFA Orientation Leaders Camp on Thursday and Friday. Reporting time, 10 AM! Long time since I see 10AM on my digital clock.

"I HAVE TO SLEEP EARLY ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT"

I just have to keep chanting that so that I will actually do it. I am a stubborn person when it comes to turning in early. I have been encountering such problems since the holidays started and that was close to a month and a half ago. Gee, all the best to me then!

And guess what? It is 2.51 am (on Wednesday) and Yong Lin just initiated a game of DOTA. Waiting for Wayne to get home from his supper. Alright. I am going to do some reading while waiting.

Ah!
Speaking of the devil, Wayne is online now. Haha!

Got to go!
Ciao!
