My title says it all. Where do I start? So many things have been happening yet no time was spared to blog it out. That explains how busy I am with school projects and on top of that, I am still enjoying my social life. Currently, there are so many issues that I would like to blog about but I guess I need clear off the 'happenings' before I can actually clear my thoughts and start typing it out. So that, I shall put on hold.
Thursday and Friday was hell-ish!
Returned from school on Thursday afternoon. Had an intimate date with Photoshop CS2 late at night. So I started on one of my projects; which was the one with regards to designing a poster. And no, it is not designing a poster alone, but had to create flier and banner design, just to go with it. Basically, a publicity package. So anyhoo, I got kinda pissed at one point of time because I felt that I was running out of time. But soon to learn that if I were to just relax, ideas will start flowing it.
Before I got pissed, there were a couple of designs that did not impress me at all; which ticked me off. After relaxing, my creative juices started to generate much more than I expected. Haha! Thus, leading to designs which I was impressed with!

And this is the poster.Why Euro-pade?
It is two words combined into one. 'European' and 'escapade'. European referring the composers, who are all European. And escapade because we would want the public to take time off from their hectic schedule and simply indulge themselves with good music; and what more to enjoy it at Singapore Botanic Gardens, where peace and tranquility lingers around the magnificent trees.

Oh yeah, just in case you were wondering. We had to design these for Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) Orchestra for their upcoming performance there, as stated in all three designs. Here's the catch, if my group's design is chosen, it'll be printed out and pasted all over the school! How about that?! So I am keeping my fingers crossed and hopefully that my group's design would get chosen.
