perhaps the best

The name is Khairul. Would do fine with Khai or Kerol [kay-roll] - with proper pronunciation that is.

May have caused a traumatic experience to the nurses who were there when I graced the world on the 14th of June, 21 years ago.

I reside at the great eastern side of Singapore. At an estate named after a water containment facility. Go figure!

A left-hander. However, I function more like a right. And sometimes left of course.

Owns a Class 3 driving licence.

Have been playing the saxophone for 8 years. Currently a Baritone Saxophonist in the Philharmonic Youth Winds.

Being and socialising with people occupy whatever free time I might have.

Boredom is sadly pathetic - would be just staring at my ceiling.

And recently, graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts where I pursued a diploma in Arts Management, majoring in Performing Arts.

I embed a lot of things from the net. But most of the time, I use my own pictures. Just in case I forget to do my acknowledgments, at least I have given my thanks to the following:

ANOTHER LAZY POST
11:59 PM

Time changed for archiving purposes

Another lazy post.
You will know why at the end of this entry.
  • Out in the evening with Finah, Fauzi, Idham and Izzat.
  • First, to Esplanade to catch the Philwinds' Sax Quintet in action.
  • Off to Marina Square to look for cameras.
  • Ate KFC's Zinger meal (Long time since I had one of these babies).
  • Train to Tampines.
  • Bus-ed home.
Throughout the whole time, a lot of things were going through my mind. Even when I was on the bus ride home. So, I got home, changed to my running gear and headed out again. That is what I will always do to momentarily forget about everything. It was close to midnight when I left the house.

Did warm ups and started to run. Ran and ran, and next thing I know I ran 14 laps around the track. I walked for one round and executed another 6 laps (accelerating in each round) without stopping.

I am shocked myself. I never ran that much recently. All the time, I was looking down on the track and nowhere else. Wonders of the human body huh? Well, I guess it was made possible when I try to put things that were on my mind to a halt and just concentrate on the running bit.

At the end of it, I was panting like never before. Did some cooling-down warm ups. Walked for another round and went to the fitness corner to do some sit ups and leg lifts.

I run to keep myself occupied. It serves as a form to keep my mind off things. Usually, I do night runs. Because by the time I am done with the running, I would be tired.

Tired > Shower > Dive into bed > Sleep meaning I will save all of my thoughts for another day.

Feeling very tired right now.
So, why am I not asleep yet?

I am trying to rehydrate myself with H2O. Been drinking glasses of it since an hour ago.

Not gonna write more. Probably later. For now, I am going to watch videos on Youtube to tire myself even more and then I am off to hit the sack.

Ciao!

Some would eat excessively to calm themselves down.
Some would listen to music.
I work out.

What's yours?
