perhaps the best

The name is Khairul. Would do fine with Khai or Kerol [kay-roll] - with proper pronunciation that is.

May have caused a traumatic experience to the nurses who were there when I graced the world on the 14th of June, 21 years ago.

I reside at the great eastern side of Singapore. At an estate named after a water containment facility. Go figure!

A left-hander. However, I function more like a right. And sometimes left of course.

Owns a Class 3 driving licence.

Have been playing the saxophone for 8 years. Currently a Baritone Saxophonist in the Philharmonic Youth Winds.

Being and socialising with people occupy whatever free time I might have.

Boredom is sadly pathetic - would be just staring at my ceiling.

And recently, graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts where I pursued a diploma in Arts Management, majoring in Performing Arts.

I embed a lot of things from the net. But most of the time, I use my own pictures. Just in case I forget to do my acknowledgments, at least I have given my thanks to the following:

SIDE TRACKED
1:43 AM

I was about to do an update but I got pretty much distracted by the many videos on Youtube. I am currently watching a 23-part episode on "How to Sing". (Watching Part 9 now)

Of all videos, why that some of you may ask. I have always thought that singing is a skill that many don't possess. But one thing I believe is that if you train hard enough, from sounding like a duck, one can sound beautifully.

Since my vocal chords are my primary instrument and will ALWAYS be, it would be interesting to learn how to sing properly. I once had this wild idea; and that is to sign up for singing classes. But I am not sure how much of what I am paying for would be worth it. I may not benefit from it even! So, the best way, being an independent learner, I decided to browse through the many videos Youtube has and benefit as much from it.
Singing would also help in ear training. Having a sharper ear to hear the slightest wrong note without using a tuner.

Bringing to all that, I am going to continue watching those videos.

Before I end this entry, I have pictures for your viewing pleasure. I went to Syaherah's multiply and was browsing through her pictures. And I found quite a number of pictures we took at United Square's Starbucks some time back. The moment my eyes lay on them, I would laugh out loud; seriously. Attention more to Fidah and Syaherah. I swear looking at them just cheers me up.

So if you are on the downside, look at them. It will make you feel better; well at least it made me feel better.

Cra-zee people

Haha!

And finally, the ultimate one.
