perhaps the best

The name is Khairul. Would do fine with Khai or Kerol [kay-roll] - with proper pronunciation that is.

May have caused a traumatic experience to the nurses who were there when I graced the world on the 14th of June, 21 years ago.

I reside at the great eastern side of Singapore. At an estate named after a water containment facility. Go figure!

A left-hander. However, I function more like a right. And sometimes left of course.

Owns a Class 3 driving licence.

Have been playing the saxophone for 8 years. Currently a Baritone Saxophonist in the Philharmonic Youth Winds.

Being and socialising with people occupy whatever free time I might have.

Boredom is sadly pathetic - would be just staring at my ceiling.

And recently, graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts where I pursued a diploma in Arts Management, majoring in Performing Arts.

If you are thinking of watching....

From me to you, DON'T!

I got rather restless in the movie theater within the first 40 minutes into the movie! Firstly, the story line is in an utter mess. Mainly because it keeps moving forward into the future and rewinding back. Secondly, it is not focused. A little twist here and there, I am able to grasp hold of it but it was all too much.

The genre stated for this movie was 'Comedy'. I find nothing comedic about it! The laughs were just for that split second - all because it appeared funny. It was not engaging and I find it a waste of my money to watch this rather clumsy movie. I felt rather insulted to be honest. To the point that I fell asleep in the middle of the movie - maximising the $6 (student price; hehe) used to pay for this undeserving movie.
No doubt, the ending was rather funny, but it was stupid all at the same time. Sheesh!

Hence, my rating for "Duplicity" would be 1 out of 5 stars.
Don't waste your money if you are thinking of watching this any time soon.

Moving on!
I have finally registered for my Year 3 Semester 1 modules. Gotten the timetable and here it is...

Yup, I have no school on Thursdays (probably gonna utilize that day for work). I will come up with a more rigid timetable consisting of school, work, tutoring and other involvements for me to follow when school resumes.

Looking at the other side of it, I am embarking my Year 3 soon. It felt only yesterday that I embarked my Year 1 in NAFA. All that is on my mind now is to get school over and done with, and then proceed on to serve my country. Hoping that while doing so, I am able to live my dreams and do what I love to do. Crossing my fingers that I will get "thrown" into the army and from there, audition for SAF Band. The rest I will let nature take its course. I really want this to be part of my life.

The late Michael Jackson once said, "They say the sky's the limit, and to me that's really true". And speaking of him, rest in peace dude. The greatest entertainer that ever walked on this face of the Earth, the King of Pop.

I better get going. Need some sleep.

Oh! I have finally got two of my cravings satisfied today.
First it was Tau Huey (w/ Nina and Rene).
Next was East Coast Park's BBQ Chicken Wing (w/ Fauzi, Idham and Nina) <-- FINALLY!

Ok, I'm really done.
Cheers!
